We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Teaching Fellow or Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow in Biomedical Sciences (Clinical Histology) to join our successful, enthusiastic and friendly team in Biomedical Sciences.  You will be expected to have a relevant qualification with knowledge and experience in Biomedical Science, with an emphasis on clinical histology, the capacity to teach effectively to undergraduate and postgraduate students, including the delivery of laboratory classes and to supervise projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Ideally you will have experience of course development and the co-ordination/management of placement/work based training activities. You should also have the capacity to develop your teaching and scholarly activities and be committed to the development of new approaches to pathology focused pedagogies. You will be expected to contribute towards and/or co-ordinate the teaching and research activities of others and the development of our educational programmes. Whilst your teaching commitments will be predominantly to our BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science and MSc Medical Biotechnology programmes, you will also be involved with other courses in the School’s teaching portfolio and the development of new relevant course provision.
