(HAEMATOLOGY & COAGULATION) – BAND 7

A rare and exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join us to help further develop and widen our multi-site laboratory network in the visually stunning Highlands. Recently accredited to ISO15189 by UKAS as a 3-site Blood Sciences service we are looking to strengthen our existing network and then to integrate a fourth Highland site, and you will be expected to work with clinicians and management as part of the haematology senior team to facilitate this while at the same time overseeing the day to day provision of a safe, effective and efficient haematology service across the network.
Although this post is based at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness you will oversee haematology delivered at Caithness General Hospital, Wick and Belford Hospital, Fort William.
